Ahmed has been rejected twice for evacuation by COGAT despite successful acceptance to a hospital in France.

It is also important to note that he sustained 3rd degree burn injury from phosphorus bombs which is prohibited.

As the injury covers his gential area, it leads to intolerable pain and infection that can lead to a sepsis - it is crucial that Ahmed gets evacuated urgently.
