To our family, friends and compassionate supporters, Though we are still awaiting final approval, we have received word that AstraZeneca has offered compassionate release of the drug AZD1775!! It may be some time before Becca officially begins treatment, but the process has begun. Becca and the rest of our family have been amazed by the immediate and overwhelming support of every one of you. We cannot adequately express our gratitude for the many voices that have joined with us to reach the people that make the decisions. Our hope and prayer is that the thousands like Becca who are still waiting for the call to come will not have to wait much longer and that the diligent research being done around the globe would soon find a way to end the waiting forever.
