A video surfaced in July 2017 in Florida of a shark struggling and thrashing as it was dragged by a high speed boat. The boaters are heard laughing in the video as the shark's body is ripped apart by the force of the water. Graphic photos online show the extent of the trauma endured by the shark.

We are asking Assistant State Attorney Aaron Hubbard at the Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office to seek the strongest penalty for this outright abuse. These men are repeat animal abusers.
