It is unconstitutional to create arbitrary distinctions among expressive professions by exempting some, but not others, from AB5.

Real estate agents, yes

Travel agents, yes

Lawyers, yes

Accountants, yes

Hairbraiders, yes

Manicurists, yes

Interpreters and translators, no
