Just to clear: not my dog. Just trying to make a change

Yesterday I was told to bring my foster Tilly into Anicira for an emergency and was not given any further explanation. I assumed it was for her treatment for heartworms. Once I got there, they took Tilly and said that they were putting her down today because she was aggressive. I have been her foster for three weeks now and never once have I seen aggressive behavior. Apparently, when she was at her first foster after coming in from transport, she bit the person when she separated her dog and Tilly from playing. I do not think dogs biting is okay but keep in mind, this was not a serious bite that the person needed to go to the hospital and this dog was in a new environment after being driven from another shelter. I then took over fostering her not knowing any of this happened. In the three weeks that I have had her, I have brought her to the dog park and she has been fine with all of the dogs, I have brought her home to my parents four dogs and there was never a problem, so I am upset and confused as to why Anicira would make the choice to put Tilly down. When I found out, I said I wanted to adopt her, I would sign a waiver to say they would not be reliable for her, and I would take her to training. But they do not care, they are too focused having a liability and putting her down. I have tried calling, going to the vet where she is, and messaging them, but they will not talk to me. This has not been the first time Anicira has done this and it is very disheartening. Anicira is an organization who preaches they give second chances to dogs and now the current CEO is quick to euthanize dogs that show any kind of problem. I refuse to stand by this anymore and watch this happen. Last I heard, they have not actually euthanized Tilly yet. I beg you Anicira to reconsider and give Tilly the chance she deserves!!! Also, the CEO makes the decision to euthanize these dogs without even ever meeting them. How does that give the dogs a fair chance?

**UPDATE**: Anicira decided to put her down and I only know this because my sister, Rachel Heatherly, would not stop calling them until they answered and disclosed that she was put down in the morning.
