We need to make this petition so more people are aware of what people are doing. A 28 year old horse was euthanized on Sunday  after neighbors were disturbed  by seeing this horse laying on the ground under the hot sun in 95 degree weather for 3 days. The owner of this horse has had many other livestock animals according  to her neighbors, die from cancer including an alpaca this year. She had media  news Komo 4 at her house to get the story and in that time, the owner came home to euthanize this horse. She then put a tarp over the horses body and waited for nightfall, to dispose of the body of the horse by  cutting it up. This is not the proper way to  dispose of livestock. This woman needs to have the rest of her livestock taken so that no others  die from this "mysterious " cancer, or suffer like this horse did.
