H.R.185 Bill Introduced - Petition signatures and comments have been submitted to US Congress
H.R.185 - To terminate the requirement imposed by the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for proof of COVID-19 vaccination for foreign travelers, and for other purposes.
On January 9th, 2023, House Representative Thomas Massie introduced H.R.185 - a bill to terminate the federal requirement that visitors to the United States must be vaccinated with 2 doses against COVID-19, a rule that has very painfully and illogically kept families apart for years.
The full list of petition signatures and comments as of 1/11/23 has been submitted to the bill sponsor.
Thank you everyone for your support, in particular the heartfelt comments left on the petition.
Links to sign the petition have produced a system error on the first try, but I encourage you to keep sharing it.
The act of sharing or referencing the petition, new stories about the mandate, or the progress of H.R.185 increase awareness of these restrictions. This is particularly important as many Americans are still unaware that friends, family, and lovers have been kept apart.
Unfortunately, the TSA has extended the vaccine mandate until April 10, 2023, so H.R.185 is our best opportunity to get this rule overturned in the near future.
