The City of Seattle has delayed at every turn and now moved to dismiss our Orca Appeal, declaring it's too late, which some consider to be acting in bad faith. The public deserves to know about Seattle’s largest environmental legal case in recent history.
We filed our response to the City's Motion to Dismiss, the final move until the Court of Appeals makes their determination. The oral argument date is March 4th at the Washington Court of Appeals, Division I.
