This is not justice. It's wrong, immoral, & creating more of them. Lessons serve a purpose - to ensure one doesn't repeat the same mistakes, to ensure one grows & becomes a better person. And since some judges don't seem to think that a violent crime that scars a woman for life is a big deal, then these people are not fit to continue on the bench & should be removed.
