Thanks to everybody who have signed this petition, we really appreciate your support! We’ve reached 150 signatures in 2 weeks. This is an important milestone for us but we are looking for ways to get a lot more attention to this cause. What we’ve done so far: * Launched our website (in English and Spanish) to explain the cause in more detail and explain how people can support it (beyond signing this petition): www.StopDiving.org * Launched a blog (English only) in the website to share more of our thoughts, opinions and to propose solutions too: www.StopDiving.org/blog * Launched a Twitter handle to ease communications on social media: twitter.com/StopDivingOrg Our plans and next steps: * We are increasing language coverage by translating the website to Portuguese. * We are looking to secure a professional player as an advocate for the cause. * We will reach out to other professional athletes to help us send this message to all football players. * We will engage with football statistics companies to propose ways to measure the diving phenomenon and its impact on goals, games and tournaments. * We continue to encourage all fans to reach out to their favourite players thought social media and ask them to #StopDiving. If you are interested and want to get involved with our team let us know via Twitter: @StopDivingOrg We welcome all the help we can get! Thank you all!
