Parks and Rec is doing some maintenance and touch ups to get ready for the targeted opening date of June 10th. Please if you are looking to take a cool dip in the pool this summer consider coming to Walton pool! So much history at this pool and awesome memories!! Use it or loose it!! Have a wonderful day y'all!! ----------------------------------------------------- THOUGHTS: WALTON STREET POOL is getting water preparing to open around the targeted date of June 10, 2017 MY questions: Is the current quality of the pool honestly SAFE and HEALTHY for use? Is there a health rating for pools such as restaurants are given? If so, what have been the ratings for Walton and what is the rating now? WHAT MAINTENENCE was done? Compare it to the need as reported in the inspection. There have been minimal transparent conversation, an inspection, and no definite decisions during a 1 1/2 year period ...AFTER the community has spoken. NOW we are BACK TO BUSINESS. ... AS USUAL.
