Future Reference

Hello all. As many know, the construction for this pipeline will be coming to a close. However, this does not mean we have "lost" this battle against a company with a sketchy past. I have attached the Arkansas Public Service Commission docket for the pipeline's proposal. Every document is included, and I believe that in order for us to be truly educated on our role as public citizens, each and every one of us should take the time to read through all the materials provided on this docket. As many are not aware, we are given the chance to provide public comments to the state (or federal agencies) on our input on projects such as these. Many do not know this, which sometimes works to the benefit of these companies. I feel I must provide almost all 50,000 of you with the needed information to educate and bring to light the tools you must use to judge and analyze future projects. I want to educate the American people's on being informed; I do not wish to incite dangerous protests or riots, just bring to light the importance of being informed with correct knowledge. I only pray that this company cleans up their act, and that the state of Arkansas will be ready for the future cleanup of a spill. I truly hope the 15 full time jobs the pipeline will provide are worth it. I truly hope one day, the energy markets will allow for our nation to not only be self-sufficient, but sustained on clean energy. We will get there one day!
