A new refurbishment despite the alleged financial struggles

Fabric has just announced a new refurb despite the alleged financial difficulties they were under during the first lockdown/s, which led to receiving thousands of pounds of tax-payers money, from ACE's Emergency Relief Fund Organisation (Non NPO) and/or the Culture Recovery Fund.
