We are nearing 100 signatures on the petition! Many thanks for your continued support on this petition! Please continue to share this around as much people as possible! You can share this with anyone who are 13 or over (per change.org privacy policy and terms and conditions), and simply sign in with your Facebook or Google account (alternatively, you can create an account using your e-mail address.) More signatures = more resistance for significant changes!

We are getting closer to the meeting that has been speculated that would take place tomorrow between CSYM / IOACC and Arriva Buses Wales. Make sure your local councillors are aware of these changes, while Rhun Ap Iorwerth is aware of the issue, the changes wholly relies on Arriva Buses Wales, and only them are able to decide on any changes. The council is only able to do so much, such as re-routing bus services through affected areas. Sources say that re-routing the Gwynfor Coaches 25 Holyhead - Abeffraw via Rhosneigr is in the works via Bodedern, but the existing route only operates Monday - Saturday [NO SUNDAY SERVICE], although no official announcement has been made yet regarding this. There is no information regarding other locations along the B5109 getting alternative bus services (there is an existing limited bus service via Bodffordd (45 to Rhosneigr / Llangefni MONDAY TO SATURDAY SERVICE, and 52 to Llanrhuddlad, which is a THURSDAY ONLY service), and no information regarding new or re-routed bus service through Llanddaniel Fab. There is also no new information about re-routing services or increasing frequencies on other routes such as the 58 and 62, except on current information on the announcement made by Arriva Buses Wales.

Since the start of the new school and college term is coming up, please take a moment to read the announcement made by Arriva. If you are affected by these changes, please leave a comment. Please also check Traveline Cymru to identify if there is an alternative bus service that is operated by another bus operator that would connect with Arriva Buses Cymru services, and please read any e-mails or statements made by schools / colleges (that is, if they have released anything).

We sincerely hope that the council have taken notice of this petition, and that they will take notes of the comments that have been published on both this petition and posts on communal groups on Facebook.

Again, please share this petition to ensure people in your communities are aware of these changes, ask them to sign this and lobby Arriva Buses Wales, and raise your concerns to the council through appropiate channels, such as through your community councillors, published e-mail address on their website, so that they can pass these onto Arriva or relevant departments if they plan any changes to existing services.

I hope this update brings you some information, and as always, many thanks for your support for signing this petition!
