I'd like to thank everyone who has signed the petition! I'm still trying to contact the right people to arrest this man since he hasn't stopped what he's doing. As of March 11, 2025 Jarod has shared more videos of dogs on TikTok with one video that has the hashtag #gamedog which with his criminal history has to be related to dog fighting.

DeKalb County told me they're aware of my evidence and of Jarod and "is still working on the case." The longer he's free, the more dogs Jarod will continue to hurt. Please keep sharing the petition and bring awareness to this story!
