Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe issued a proclamation recognizing this week as Computer Science Education Week. The proclamation specifically states, "All students deserve a thorough preparation in computer science, including access to qualified teachers, technology, and an age-appropriate curriculum at the elementary and secondary levels of education."
