Knowing ones rights to go to school has been a staple of many schools endeavor these days. When I was going to Grand Canyon University I was introduced to harassment policy and school conduct policies. Although this may have addressed an issue just knowing about sexual harassment and a school policy involving students who cross the lines is more than daunting. After I read this I felt personally indemnified to be protected in a "Rogue educated system" I soon found out.
Students should protect their rights but not use them solely to sneak and use against a system. I believe that things need to be addressed with decor not total banal denial of getting to the issue and then moving on. I see this too often with many cases of people who resent being wronged. These people huddle around these life traps and stay isolated using every civic unions to human rights organizations. Whether or not every one these disenfranchised cases makes it to the media online or not is mostly unknown.
So for all intents and purposes of taking actions will be at that affected users risk. Yet risk is a big big big big and I mean big part of going to school these days. Through much of the peril that exists one wonders how many people actually have any solutions or they are just being dragged along by a vigilante made in education system in this regards.
I believe there is a denial system.at place much like a process of elimination at work while going to university level schools. So knowing ones rights can be an heaven sent advantage or a evil omen, I choose the former.
