Power, prestige, privledge, productive and a host of the most elite terms are often associated with the day of reckoning graduation �. It's that one time you are separated from the chaff you break loose of the losers you become IT! It comes with flying colors and they fly or so you think. Then as you graduate the hysteria the intensity of the whole graduating experience has this domino effect. It's the most overlooked part of getting that glossy shiny diploma. It's there in your hand then you realize that you are passed over not once but twice then it's cold turkey � then it's a steam rolled fourth then barreling fifth and on and on you are told we just got another candidate that fits our bill. You are like me, me it's me, pick me aim ready me and solely me. Your skills are not what the employer is looking for and how did this happen. This is why university staff should not eject out on employees dreams when they need help and even at GCU I found this paradox to be true abandoned and left in a wasteland to fend off attackers or so it goes!
