Dr Ogbonnaya, an immigrant physician in Arizona, was falsely charged with 15 sex felonies. The Arizona Medical Board arbitrarily REVOKED his medical license based solely on the allegations. A jury has acquitted Dr Ogbonnaya of ALL charges but the Board has refused to restore his license.
