I've had an update from Westminster City Council regarding the Blue Note application. Looking at the document AMENDED SUMMARY dated 17th March it appears that the club is seeking to address the concerns of the Met and local residents. You can read all the details on the WCC website, links below, and there is place to comment on the application should you wish to voice your support for live music and jazz in the capital.
