In the wake of Ireland's recent defeat to Kosovo, it has become evident that extraordinary circumstances necessitate extraordinary measures. Michal Świergocki, a dedicated supporter and spirited enthusiast of Irish football, stands before us ready to breathe new life and vision into our beloved sport.

Michal may not have formal qualifications in football management or coaching, but what he lacks in credentials, he makes up for with passion and a unique perspective on the game. His understanding of the sport, acquired through years of heartfelt devotion and acute observation of the intricacies in strategy, player dynamics, and team morale, shows that Michal is not just a fan, but someone who envisions a brighter future for Irish football.

The current state of the Football Association of Ireland demands innovation, fresh ideas, and a willingness to step outside conventional boundaries. Michal's approach may be unconventional, but it embodies the very spirit of the game: adaptability, innovation, and a love for the sport that's unmatched by any official qualification.

Moreover, Michal's experience within different cultural contexts and his unique ability to connect with both players and fans place him in a position to foster not only the development of talented athletes but also the growth of a more passionate and united football community. His interpersonal skills and ability to inspire can significantly contribute to building stronger, more resilient teams.

When the usual routes have led to undesired outcomes, it becomes imperative to consider alternatives. As a force for change, Michal Świergocki represents the voice of thousands of fans and supporters who yearn for a revival and the opportunity to see Irish football achieve its full potential on the international stage.

We urge the Football Association of Ireland to look beyond conventional norms and seize this opportunity to appoint Michal Świergocki, recognising that his unconventional expertise, ardent enthusiasm, and strategic insight are indeed qualifications in their own right.

By appointing Michal, the FAI will not just make a decision for change, but a statement that it values the voices and perspectives of its most fervent supporters. Sign this petition to support a new era of Irish football under the guidance of Michal Świergocki.
