Teach Siri to understand Ukrainian Language

The Issue

There is a country in Europe with population over 42 millions citizens. We using a lot of Apple products and technologies, and Siri also. There is no support for Ukrainian language in macos Sierra screenshots. So we ask Apple to teach Siri understand Ukrainian.
