Requiring users to choose a "Title" (Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr.) forces your users to genderize themselves. As a gender-fluid person who does not identify with any of the titles available, I feel that I am being excluded. I cannot submit my billing information without completing this field. Title information is not necessary information to run my credit card - you don't need me to genderize myself.
