To commemorate the legacy of the late Pittsburgh rapper Mac Miller I believe that one of his best works, 2014’s Faces, should be released on the bigger music streaming services such as Apple Music. Spotify and Tidal. As it stands right now the only way to access this amazing mixtape is through DatPiff and other mixtape services. We have already seen artist like Childish Gambino who rereleased  2011’s “EP”, Joey Bada$$ who last year rereleased 2012’s phenomenal “1999” and of of course this year Drake who rereleased the 2009 classic “So Far Gone” all who have dropped these amazing tapes on modern streaming platforms, the task shouldn’t be to hard. Not mention the revenue made from the the tapes sales can go toward drug addiction and mental health causes or just directly to his estate. I think it is very important to preserve history and while “Faces” is safe on the various mixtape platforms it resides on there is no way for it to reach new ears, more people turn to these bigger streaming platforms for music and by keeping Faces off many will never experience the beauty that is Mac Miller’s “Faces”!
