Currently there is no available icon "emoji" for cheese curds. Our only available cheese option is a wedge of yellow Swiss. Swiss is in fact a generic name for a number of types of cheeses. I'm aware that "cheese curd" is also quite a generic term, but I feel the difference between general terms and potential emojis are crucial.
