WSCC moved forward with legal proceedings--please continue your support

Thank you to everyone who has helped spread the word and to all who have signed so far!

The Waldorf School of Cape Cod is currently 100% paid up with all of its past debts to the Town of Barnstable and is paying its rent on time every month. WSCC is also in the middle of legal proceedings over the terms of the lease. The outcome of that is still undetermined. The school has filed a Complaint with Barnstable Superior Court to have a judge determine the intention of the lease which will decide if the school is allowed 540 days, or if we need to vacate the building by June 30, 2019.

We do believe that public pressure (this petition) will help support our cause.

It is inevitable that our school will have to move, and we are actively seeking to relocate. We now have a short list of potential new sites.
