Well, on April 19th, 2024, the petition has been tabled!!
The Honorable, Brian Masse, MP, Windsor West, NDP, read it from his office in Windsor, ON, so that I could be in attendance.
I AM PROUD AND HUMBLED TO HAVE DELIVERED IT TO THIS STAGE---A LIFETIME OF HARD AND IMPASSIONED WORK!!
Next steps, I have asked Brian to assist me in finding someone to translate the document with a few revisions into French and send it to Emmanuel Macron the president of France, the original enslaving colonizers in New France (Canada).
I will also touch up the petition to read properly and send it to King Charles in Great Britain seeking an apology as well.
My intent is to complete the job. Stay tuned!
