We aim to put a stop to deforestation in our town. It is strikingly obvious the change that has occurred in Apex due to development. Deforestation has caused habitat loss, led to poorer air quality, and decreases the visual appeal of our town. We are petitioning the Apex Town Council so that they increase protective zoning for trees, and stop zoning so much land commercially.
