Another massacre in Darfur of Sudan

The Nurtiti massacre

A war crime is committed on January 1st 2017 by the the Sudan regime and its militia in the the city of Nurtiti, east of Zalangi. As helpless as its mandate, UNAMID could not do what is supposed to do.
Here are some of the civilians killed by the government and its militia in the massacre:

1. Taiseer Mohamed Adam Ishag (16 year old)
2. Faisal Mohamed Mohamed Adam (25 year old )
3. Hanan Mohamed (27 year old)
4. Kothar Abdelhalim Adam (13 year old)
5. Abdeljabbar Hussein Daood (33 year old)
6. Om Elnaeem Idrees ( 11 year old)
7. Modathir Isa Mohamed ( 23 year old)
8. Jumaa Hussein Sideeg (12 year old)
9. Mohamdain Isa (30 year old)
10. Fatma Daood (age unknown)
11. Mohsin Daood (14 year old)

The international human rights community need to urgently come together to denounce the ineffectiveness of the mandate of UNAMID and stop such an abhorrent massacre and upcoming ones.
