Hi everyone.

If some of you are unsure about why Vets are are important and need to be considered an essential service let me tell you about my last 18 hours.

Kitten season is upon us and I offered to foster a mama cat and 4 itty bitty newborns.

She is barely 6 months old and semi feral. Unfortunately she wants nothing to do with these littles.  Bottle feeding x 4 every 2 hours, plus potty time, heating formula, washing everything etc is nothing less than overwhelming.  The point of this story is this should not have happened.  No babies,no six month old semi feral having kittens,no areas over run with cats left to fend for themselves and suffer.  You know who can help stop this?  Veterinarians.  More Vets mean rescues will have better access to those that selflessly donate time and supplies and offer services at a reduced rate.  They can educate, advocate, make a real difference.

After a very long night, little sleep, one liity bitty is struggling, the others are holding on.

Mama kitty is confused and scared.

Help this stop.  At the very least slow it down.

I know we can't save all of them ,but we need to help when we can.  So...thanks for signing and go recruit of few other signatures!
