The deck was illegally removed by the abutter’s contractor. The contractor signed a document to replace what he illegally removed and did not fulfill his own agreement. The deck existed under 2 ownerships prior to the current ownership, my ownership being one of them. Please - Town Hall- work with the current owners - figure out the resolution together - make it work to preserve the historic integrity of a deck that was illegally removed and needs to be restored now.
