Kerri-Anne and Shane speak out about the sentence for Hemi's killer

Shane gives a heart breaking account of evidence that Hemi was abused over around 10 hours NOT 2 hours as reported. He asks "How is that not murder?" We would like to know too... at some stage in that time frame, the murderer must have known that his action would cause death to the infant if he continued. That should form "intent" to commit murder. Shane states that the murderer has already served about half his non parole period. Hemi lost a life time, his murder will lose just over 3 years in jail of his life in society. Many people turned out for a rally organised by Shane and Kez to support Hemi's legacy as they went into the sentencing hearing.
