Thank you to everyone for helping to make it clear to the Tribeca Film Festival that misinformation and fear mongering about vaccination that put children at risk are not acceptable. In particular thanks to those who shared this petition, wrote emails and made phone calls to put pressure on the sponsors of the festival. Your dedication in making sure that science leads the way and that a century of medicine is not overrun by mistrust and uneducated skepticism helped shine a light on this important protest. While this is a phenomenal outcome remember that the battle isn't over. Andrew Wakefield and his cohorts will continue to push their anti-science agenda at the risk of children's lives in order to make money off of the deaths of children. We have to continue to show that vaccination is a safe medical treatment that has a century long proven track-record that has saved millions of lives. Again, thank you all!
