When this petition was originally published, it was simply "Fully implement DAVYJ". The only two "move flight paths" proposals were SERFR and 50:50. Since then, more proposals surfaced: "The Palo Alto Plan", "Item 2.5", "The Pine Line"... Every day, a new place to move noise to. Because if you accept the idea that flight paths can (and should) be moved, and once you set the first precedent - there's no ending it. There is now talk of a continuing regional body that will oversee such decisions in the future - and what we choose to do now will shape how this body behaves in the future. Moving flight paths is a opening a Pandora's Box. The only way to win is not to open it. Fully Implement DAVYJ means exactly that.
