Dear supporters,
we have been really overwhelmed by the number of people who signed the petition and are really happy that we are fighting altogether for our rights.
We are still negotiating and will have a meeting with council onthe 22nd of May. We are trying to get an earlier date one but finding it really difficult.
We have organized a protest in front of Islington Town Hall on Upper street on Thursday the 11th of May at 7pm. There will be the Council Annual General Meeting at 7:30pm, therefore everyone from the council will be there. Your presence is really important and will be appreciated as we need to stand united and show them how much we care, not only about Paradise Park cafe to be reopened , but as well about the restructure of Children Centres and the proposed relocation of services into library and community centres. Please bring banners if possible and spread voice around about our protest.
I appreciate that time of protest is not easy for us parents, but will go and bring my daughter along to show her as well how much is important to fight for your right.
Please kindly spread the voice around and join our facebook event
