No licence required for domestic animals; "the cats are gone: but the dogs are coming"!

Just a few updates: We asked the council to clarify the licence procedure for this type of event and have been informed that since Zippos use "domestic" animals no licence is required. Which, to be honest, we found shocking. We are still waiting to hear back from the events section in the council and see what their plans are for this year. Today Zippos announced that "the cats are gone: but the dogs are coming". We know they had at least one dog in their show last year so not sure what this means!! Will keep you informed as we hear more.
