Donkeys are stolen, transported for days without food or water, and killed for their skin. This must not continue.

These are working animals, relied on by families every day. Many are mothers taken from their young.

They are crammed onto trucks so tightly that they cannot move. Some collapse and die before they even reach slaughter.

Those who survive are killed for their skins. The suffering is prolonged, not quick.  Around 5.9 million donkeys are killed every year to supply this trade. 

Despite bans, trafficking continues across borders with little stopping it. Animals like these depend on people like you.

Without action, more will be taken, transported in these conditions, and killed for profit.
