We raided a dog meat trader in Pangasinan with local police.

Inside, we found her.

Stuffed in a sack. Gasping in the heat. Her leg dragged uselessly behind her—likely fractured.

The man who beat her with a wooden stick admitted it without shame. She was going to be butchered for meat.

No pain relief. No chance. No name.

But she’s alive because we got there in time.

She’s now safe. But that doesn’t undo what was done. This wasn’t an accident. It was cruelty—and it must be punished.

One arrest has been made. But we need to show that the world is watching. That this matters. That she matters.
