Louisa was found with a horrific gunshot wound to her head after wandering away from her home. Veterinarians believe the bullet pierced her skull near her eyes, traveled through her throat, and lodged in her neck, leaving her in immense pain, with facial fractures, difficulty breathing, and a dangerous throat abscess.
Thankfully, Louisa is expected to make a full recovery. However, this heinous act of violence must not go unpunished. Dogs are innocent beings who deserve love and protection, not to be subjected to such brutal treatment.
We urge the authorities to continue their investigation with urgency to ensure the perpetrator is swiftly identified and brought to justice. By finding the person responsible, we can prevent further harm to other animals in the community.
