A disturbing act of animal cruelty has left a dog missing and potentially still in grave danger. CCTV footage from an apartment building in Portland, Oregon, captured the heart-wrenching moment a black dog was savagely kicked, beaten, and whipped by a man in an elevator.
If that wasn't disturbing enough, this innocent dog was hung by a rope from a fire extinguisher and kicked repeatedly. The submissive behaviour shown by the dog raises serious concerns about the extent of the abuse.
No animal should ever endure such horrific abuse. The fear, pain, and suffering this dog endured are beyond imagination, and the fact that the dog is still missing adds to the urgency of this case. We cannot stand by while the perpetrator of this crime walks free, and the dog’s fate remains unknown.
