A man has been arrested after authorities say he was caught on CCTV video dropping a 7-month-old puppy down an apartment staircase.

In the video, a shirtless man is seen grabbing the dog by the collar, taking it to the stairway railing, and then callously plunging her three flights down the apartment stairwell.

In the video, the puppy was terrified and can be heard whimpering in pain as she fell down the stairwell.

This kind of heartless behaviour must not be tolerated. Let’s ensure that no other animals suffer in the hands of this man ever again.
