In Hickman County, Tennessee, over a dozen animals were found in terrible conditions, some malnourished and others already dead. Two suspects have been arrested and face 34 charges of animal cruelty.

The dogs were kept in tiny, dirty cages without the basics of care — no food, water, or bedding. The cages were covered in rust and dirt, with one looking too cramped for the dog inside.
