Veterinarians and Legislators in Puerto Rico opposed Project Of The Senate S1631 to regulate and control the breeding and sale of pets and promote the sterilization but they put it in the back burner.

We want to hold accountable the School Of Veterinarians in Puerto Rico and Legislator José Luis Dalmau for opposing this Project that we need it for health and pets well being.

We, animal lovers in Puerto Rico, ask as many people in the United States and around the World to sign this petition because of the time frame we have since on January 2, 2017, we're having a new Government to Administer our Island and we want to start with our right foot on the door.
