This man, Donald Scott Watrous, shot and killed a poor 10 month old calf simply because he was pissed off. 

Please help me raise awareness with the local authorities and animal control that is not an acceptable reason to take the life of a innocent calf who's only crime was he was scared and the owner is unable to control is temper! This man has other animals and cows but has no permit to keep the cows.  The zoning office has known for 3 years but has taken no action.  The 5 cows (another due in July) are on a small parcel that is less and a 1/2 acre.  They get fed hay at owners convenience but have no grass and water is from a broken pump so it is more sand than water.  Because the lot is so small the manure needs to be removed. Owner can't be bothered with that. Therefore, it is swamp like conditions especially when it rains. It is difficult for the cows to walk in and impossible for people without getting stuck & loosing a boot and/or trample on by a cow. So you can imagine how bad the flies are!  The bulls are not separated so incest breeding is happening. He has threatened to shoot them all rather than allow them to go to a real farm.  

Please help me raise awareness and support so that these cows can go to a better home and let it be known that it isn't okay to kill any animal just because the owner can't control is anger and was simply pissed off!
