The Kolhapur dog has been rescued and safe

Heartfelt Thank you to Mr Vijay Rangare ( Animal welfare officer and president of PFA Mumbai) and the Animal husbandry officer in Kolhapur along with Mrs Ashwini Raorane (SPCA member) successfully rescued the dog
