First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the people that helped in writing this letter, the ones that shared it further and of course, the ones that signed it.

We are running on "borrowed time" as the negotiations on the future of English-speaking study places have started between the government and the other parliamentary parties.

I have extended our invitation for dialogue towards minister Ane Halsboe-Jørgensen and now, we are eagerly waiting for a response. In case of a positive answer, I hope you are ready to attend the virtual meeting, with your stories.

In the meantime, we need to act.

1. Send this letter to your university dean and ask for their support (just like the president of Danish Technical University, Anders Overgaard Bjarklev did

2. Send a letter to the education spokespersons (from the different parties) to take into account our arguments, when they attend the negotiations.

3. Send a letter to your member of the parliament to ask for support in this matter.

4. Don't be quiet about this matter - talk about it on all social media platforms.

Even if our attempt to save the English-speaking study places fails (in the sense that they are seriously reduced by 20-50%), at least know that we have contributed towards changing the image of the international student in Denmark.
