This is a desperate time and it can not just be used as a way to drum up vote for November. Federal agencies can't enact policy, NOW. Women are no longer equal in this country under the law NOW. The president has immunity and is above the law NOW. 

If SCOTUS is playing that game, why isn't Biden playing along those same rules? Remove Kavanaugh, Alito, Gorsuch, Barrett, Thomas, and Roberts from office and then expand the Court.
