Judges' decision, CPS action, welfare of the kids

MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EACH OF YOU!���

I WILL NOT BE WITH MY BABIES THIS CHRISTMAS BUT THEIR GIFTS ARE WAITING!!  IT'S VERY PAINFUL YES!!! DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR ME! JUST COVER MY BABIES IN PRAYER!! I DON'T KNOW HOW I WOULD FEEL AT 6, 9 AND 12 YEARS OLD BEING FORCED TO TESTIFY AGAINST MY MOTHER AND BEING TOLD THAT SHE DOESN'T LOVE ME...BEING TOLD THAT SHE IS MY ENEMY. Manipulation and confusion is upon them. We need God to take control

12/2/21. The judge made her findings against me. She ordered family therapy, released me from having to visit my children at the monitored facility and is allowing family to monitor visits...instead of the 2 year termination of my parental rights CPS was seeking. January 5th we'll appear for a disposition hearing. At that time she'll be updated on family progress by me as I am representing myself pro se. On this day CPS is supposed to submit a report as well. However within this 8 months they have failed to give me a case plan, an ongoing caseworker, a home visit, a phone call, or any family preservation services or submit any updates to the judge. There's been zero contact outside of the interview about the initial allegations and an attempt to make further allegations the day before the last court date. My children are doing well. I am now dealing with the father who has been excessively late to the visit for the 2 Sundays in a row. Following the 3rd weekend he was a no show and informed me 1 hour before the scheduled visit.  After I complained he refused to bring the kids to anymore visits although the court orders are in place. He has also restricted my children from any further contact with me via phone. I'll be filing several motions to enforce the already in place orders. Also modifications to the orders and an entitlement to custody since CPS has failed to communicate with me after removal of my children on what they described as an "non emergency order" ......if it's not an emergency..THEY SHOULD BE AT HOME.
