NEWLY DISCOVERED EVIDENCE: NYS Judge ANNA CULLEY AIDED & ABETTED her accomplices in TAX EVASION and GRAND LARCENY of $9 MILLION of NYC real estate while making a Queens mother and daughter HOMELESS Under Color of Law:
JOHN SHEHAS aka JOHN SHEHA (Business Agent and Former VP of Teamsters Union Local 813) bought the property located at 30:Amherst Court, Huntington, NY 11743 (as recorded on huntingtonny.gov) on 7/07/2021 for $960,000 AFTER he sold our jointly owned property, without my consent and against my will, located at 458 State Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 through a 1031 Exchange for $2.5 Million on May 7th, 2021 (as recorded on ACRIS). He entered into this 1031 Exchange transaction in order to evade paying the capital gains taxes on the property located at 458 State Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. This transaction was made possible once JOHN SHEHAS succeeded in obtaining the fraudulent orders of Judge ANNA CULLEY in the matter under Index number 6019/ 2016.
This transaction is in violation of IRS Code Section 1031, which provides for “like-kind” exchanges, and this transaction is NOT a “like-kind” exchange. The resulting TAX FRAUD was wittingly facilitated by Judge ANNA CULLEY since she had made JOHN SHEHAS the “receiver” of the jointly owned properties of 458 State State, Brooklyn, NY and 214-04 86th Avenue, Queens Village, NY 11427.
BTW, it is important to note that TAX FRAUD has no statute of limitations.
If you continue to follow the money you will discover that Judge ANNA CULLEY and her accomplices have violated numerous State and Federal laws:
Energized Realty Group has facilitated the theft of 214-04 86th Avenue, Queens Village, NY 11427 by illegally selling the property to XIA GAO of 467 Keap Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211 for over $1.2 MILLION (As recorded on ACRIS). To be clear I AM NOT SELLING NOR RELINQUISHING MY CLAIM TO MY HOME and will be seeking an injunction in order for me and my daughter to return to our home. This GRAND LARCENY in the FIRST DEGREE would not have been possible without the fraudulent orders of NYS Judge ANNA CULLEY that were bought and paid for by real estate investor GUSTAS SHEHA through his corporation TARATSA LLC. GUSTAS SHEHA paid his Attorney ANDREAS VASILATOS, of 491 Keap Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211, to falsify the material facts regarding the property of 191 State Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 during the TRIAL under Index Number 6019/2016.
Taxpayers should not be subsidizing GRAND LARCENY UNDER COLOR OF LAW. Please sign the petition to IMPEACH and remove Judge ANNA CULLEY for her crimes. After GUSTAS SHEHA aka Gus Sheha used his corporation TARATSA LLC to purchase the falsification of material facts by NYS Justice ANNA CULLEY in order to steal $9 Million of NYC areal estate it is now reported that “David Eng through the entity 67 Fourth Avenue LLC paid $3.8 million to Gustas Sheha through the entity Katikos LLC” (PincusCo Media/ pincusco.com) -May 18, 2022.
This transaction was payment for the 7-unit walkup located at 38 Schermerhorn Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. It is important to follow the money because real estate investor GUSTAS SHEHA, prior to this real estate transaction, has engaged in theft of property with the help of his Attorney Andreas Vasilatos and NYS Justice ANNA CULLEY.
Again, taxpayers should not be subsidizing this:
Article VI, Section 23 of the New York State Constitution provides for the “Removal of certain judges and justices by legislature; by senate on recommendation of governor.:
§ 23. a. Judges of the court of appeals and justices of the supreme court may be removed by concurrent resolution of both houses of the legislature, if two-thirds of all the members elected to each house concur therein.”
As both a victim of, and a witness to, Judge Anna Culley’s violations I am asserting my First Amendment right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
