I was SHOCKED to learn of the news reported in the New York Post involving my property located at 191 State Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 and the actions of GUSTAS SHEHA aka GUS SHEHA, my brother-in-law, in this developing story.

GUS SHEHA is NOT an owner of 191 State Street, Brooklyn, NY. He STOLE that property from me and my daughters UNDER COLOR OF LAW. GUS SHEHA, along with his corporation TARATSA LLC, was the LITIGATION FUNDER that paid his Attorney ANDREAS VASILATOS to lie to the court in the matter under INDEX number 6019/2016 and NYS Judge ANNA CULLEY then falsified the material facts regarding 191 State Street, Brooklyn going AGAINST the evidence of the LIFE ESTATE DEED of 191 State State Brooklyn. The Judge then used the falsified material facts to order that 191 State Street, Brooklyn is the separate property of my husband JOHN SHEHAS, the LIFE ESTATE DEED refutes this. This is not the first time that GUS SHEHA has committed real estate fraud.

In 2013, Gus Sheha first tried to evict his tenant, #PacificGreenGourmet at 151 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY, when Gus Sheha’s corporation ARISTA REAL ESTATE HOLDING INC signed a $6 MILLION lease agreement with JCrew for the same storefront, KNOWING full well that PACIFIC GREEN GOURMET held a valid lease agreement at the time of the attempted eviction.
